Are your treats safe for all dogs?
Yes! All our treats are handmade in small batches, and we take great pride in keeping every step of the process safe, clean, and lovingly crafted. But if your pup has allergies or sensitivities, always check the ingredient list and introduce new treats slowly.



Ingredients & Storage

What ingredients do you use?
We use carefully selected, single or limited ingredients with no additives, no preservatives, no fillers. Just goodness your pup can enjoy.

How should I store the treats?
Keep refrigerated for freshness. For longer storage, you may freeze and thaw portions as needed.

How long do the treats last?
Please refer to the individual product page or the best before date on the packaging.

How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow, credit/debit cards, and other common payment methods depending on availability at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been prepared or shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Send us a message as soon as possible.



Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up

Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer local delivery within Singapore.

What are your delivery fees?

When will my order be delivered?
We ship out orders on scheduled delivery days to keep everything fresh. Delivery typically takes 3–6 days, depending on demand.

Do you offer self-pick-up?
No, we don't accept self-pick-up at the moment



Shipping Policy (Singapore Only)

• All treats are made fresh in small batches. We ship only on designated delivery days to ensure quality.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification.

• Pepe & Bokki is not responsible for missed deliveries or delays caused by courier partners.

• If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can assist.



Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Because treats are perishable, we do not accept returns.

What if there is an issue with my order?
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 24 hours — we’ll make it right.
